Lovingly named after Will & Leila’s children, Otis & Anabelle, ‘Otis & Belle’ is an independent, local, artisan bakery based in The Cotswolds. Our primary focus is sourdough (the naturally leavened bread of our ancestors), and as strong advocates for the health benefits of sourdough, our loaves are slow fermented over a two-day period. This aids suit digestion, making our bread kinder to our customers. We also produce high-end viennoiserie and patisserie, as well as other hand crafted loaves and rolls.

We occupy prime retail location in Moreton-in-Marsh, at the entrance to the historic market town’s Old Market Way arcade, and the newly restyled Talbot Court in Stow On The Wold. Offering a flexible service, customers can relax with coffee and a snack, browse fine foods to take home, or grab an early-morning croissant before their commute.
